Over Tihar break, I visited Maya Universe Academy in Tanahu, a school run by a fellow UWCer Manjil Rana.

The earthquake brought about massive devastation in the countryside including in our project site of Thangpalkot and its neighbors. COMMITTED is doing what it can to get the people of Thangpalkot back on their feet. I am doing what I do through COMMITTED to ensure rural Nepalese children are able to realize their dreams and chart their own destinies.

Project Update: Fishing…for Fun and Games
Our fishermen in Thangpalkot harvest fish from their ponds and we complete the construction of the multipurpose court at Raithane School during our November 17-20, 2014 visit.
