At a presentation to children and families from lower-middle class and lower class in Mexico, I share with them how I followed my dreams and beat the odds to achieve academic and professional success. I share with them how I did it, and to tell them to not lose hope!
I went and spoke to students at Montessori Del Pedregal about Nepal, the earthquake and the work COMMITTED is doing. The students at the school raised money on COMMITTED's behalf following the earthquake. I went to tell them what education and life was like for the children COMMITTED is trying to help.

The embedded video is that of the presentation I gave at Thames International College in Kathmandu. I talked about dreams, humanity, compassion, international understanding, peace and making life meaningful to a small auditorium full of students doing their undergraduate studies in Social Work.
Our fishermen in Thangpalkot harvest fish from their ponds and we complete the construction of the multipurpose court at Raithane School during our November 17-20, 2014 visit.
