For almost seven months, I have been on the road…on a whirlwind tour of North America.
Starting on March 31 in New York, I made my way across the US travelling, visiting and reconnecting with friends and speaking at various places. I spoke in New York City; in Irvington, NY; in Codorus Township in Pennsylvania; at Luther College, IA; in the city of Minneapolis, MN; and at a school in Minneapolis; in Ann Arbor, MI; in Denver, CO; and in Honolulu, HI. In Hawaii, I even managed an appearance on TV!
As part of this tour, I made a short three-week trip to Mexico — my first visit to the country though it’s been on my list of countries to visit ever since leaving the United World College of the Adriatic in 1990! While in Mexico City, I talked to students at one of the schools my dear friend Mariana’s children attend.
I also paid a visit to a dear friend Anuschka, a Professor at Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara. At her invitation, I spoke to one of her classes. The video below is that of the presentation.
